Food: Allowed in all areas. Please avoid foods with strong odors (e.g., curry, cup noodles) to respect others.
Quiet Policy & Etiquette

Phone/Video Calls: Use the designated Meeting Space only.

Mobile Phones: Set devices to Silent Mode.

Noise: Please keep conversations quiet and minimize noise.

Audio: Headphones are mandatory for videos/music. Please be mindful of sound leakage.
Re-entry & Valuables

Re-entry: You may leave and return freely (please keep your seat).

Valuables: Keep your valuables with you. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.

Seating System

Open Seating: Except for the Meeting Space, all seats are “Hot Desking” (first-come, first-served).

Peak Times: You may be asked to share a table or seats may be unavailable.

Meeting Space: Advance reservation is required.
Printing Services

How to Print:

Rental PC: Drivers are pre-installed.

Your PC: You must install the printer driver yourself.

Payment: A specific IC Card is required to operate the printer. Please ask for one at the reception.

Important: All prints are chargeable, including user errors (e.g., wrong color settings, typos). Please double-check your settings before printing.
Restroom & Smoking

Restrooms: Located at the end of the hallway outside the main entrance (left and right).

Smoking: Strictly Non-Smoking indoors. Please use the ashtray on the veranda and ensure smoke does not enter the room.
Automatic Extension Fee

System: Your usage time extends automatically if you stay past your plan’s limit.

Fee: ¥200 per 30 minutes.

Warning: Staff will NOT notify you when your time is up. Please check your own exit time carefully.
